  I am an extremely driven student with exceptional communication skills which makes me an avid team player. As a library page, I routinely assist 10-15 patrons daily and collaborate with a team of 6 to support various tasks, including aiding children during library programs. Effective communication and simplifying complex topics for our young audience are vital aspects of my role. My communication skills translate excellently into my writing skills. As an intern at the Capital Planning and Construction Department of the NYPL, my role involves frequent emails with superiors to provide project updates, necessitating clear and concise communication skills. Additionally, in project tasks such as data plans, finish plans, and spec sheets, I prioritize straightforward and easily comprehensible documentation, recognizing the need for clarity as these materials pass through various hands.  As an aspiring structural engineer, I’m eager to master essential technologies in my field, like AutoCAD Civil 3D and stormwater modeling tools. I hope to explore these interests at your company. This would provide me with a valuable head start in my career and the independence to contribute effectively to significant projects.
